酸性腐蚀环境下钢铝压印接头性能Properties of steel-aluminum clinching joint in acidic corrosion environment

摘要(Abstract):
为探究酸性腐蚀工况下异质压印接头的力学性能,将通过圆形模具压印连接的铝AA5052与钢DP590试件置于0.02 mol·L~(-1) NaHSO_3溶液中进行周浸腐蚀试验,在腐蚀不同周期后取出称重,并进行静力学拉伸-剪切试验。腐蚀试验结果表明,腐蚀周期越长,腐蚀产物越多,试件的失重量越大,腐蚀速率则越低。静力学试验结果表明,接头的失效形式发生改变,经腐蚀后的试件皆为颈部完全断裂且铆扣部分被拉出失效,且拉伸失效形式的改变与腐蚀周期的长短无关;接头静强度呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,且增大速率明显大于减小速率;能量吸收值呈先上升后下降的趋势。
