本文阐述了板料成形数值模拟中回弹问题的研究历史和发展现状， 总结了回弹模拟的算法， 从成形过程模拟和回弹计算两方面系统分析了影响回弹模拟准确性和收敛性的主要因素及改进方向， 并进一步讨论了模具设计中回弹的补偿算法。
Abstract：This paper expounds the research history and development situation of springback numerical simulation for sheet metal forming.The algorithm of springbcak simulation and the main factors affecting on its precision and convergence are analyzed from two aspects of forming process simulation and springback calculation.The approaches to improve the precision of springback simulation are pointed out.In the end,the methods of springback compensation for design of die are discussed.
